MALILIPOT, Albay -- The Kabalikat Bicol led by its Regional Governor Jennis I. Nidea (30-01) and Albay Provincial Executive Council Chairman Boyet Revidad led other officials in the chartering of the newest chapter -- the Malilipot (KB517) Chapter held yesterday, March 13, 2010 at the Covered Court, Malilipot National High School, this municipality.
Thirteen (13) regular members from the Tabaco City (KB222) Chapter who all hails from this town and three (3) newly confirmed applicants composed the original or chartered members of said KB517.

ATIMONAN, Quezon -- Mayor Jose Mendoza of this coastal town of Quezon recognized the contribution of the officers and members of the Atimonan (KB147) Chapter, an affiliated chapter of Kabalikat Bicol in the development effort of the LGU.

NAGA City (Feb. 22, 2010) - A chapter affiliated with the Kabalikat Bicol received a plaque of recognition from the Philippine National Police - Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office in a simple ceremony held today at PNP headquarters, this city.
KB Iriga City (KB502) Chapter headed by its president, Sir Felipe Mendez, Jr. (502-05) received the plaque during the 19th PNP Day Anniversary Celebration.

Kabalikat was first organized in Olongapo City by Romeo B. Alinea Jr. who has joined the KABALIKAT RADIOCOM in l992. Kabalikat Radiocom was organized in Manila by seven modulators and has expanded to nearby provinces reaching Olongapo City on July l992 starting with forty members led by Dean Edgar G. Geniza. The chapter conducted several operations that after several months, they were ready for formal acceptance in the national organization.
